Sight #10: City bubble love

Sometimes I forget just how fun bubbles can be. I think that my Aunt carries some in her purse at all times and pulls them out during dull moments (she's a pretty cool lady). Perhaps it's the childhood habit, or the the lightness and effervescent nature of them, but bubbles are beautiful and magical seeming. I love watching them float up and then, poof, disappear. Kind of like a passing moment or feeling in life.

It was such a nice surprise to happen upon this guy in the middle of the city. It felt like it kind of lifted up the streets spirits.

Up..

up..

...and away...

Day strolling

When it's wintertime and a mildly nice day comes along, it's so wonderful to get out and be able to take extended strolls around (where your nose doesn't feel like it might fall off after ten minutes!). Fortunately, this opportunity arose this weekend when some favorite people of mine were visiting!

Freeman's Alley sunlight.

I could walk forever, my arm linked with someone I love spending time with.

Winter white petals.

Cozy toes.

There's something about a good cappuccino...

Lalo balloons!

You can look for my work in the Anthropologie Spring 2013 catalog.

Pretty green spring dresses lift the spirits in January.

Back to my old ways...

I have resisted posting love related things...because sometimes I get a little carried away, but I have some romantical things I just couldn't hold on to any longer.

Check out these prints below from British, Coulson Macleod...I think they are neat. If I had a place to put them (and money to purchase them), I might just do that.

I hope you all find this (or already have) some day!
